Shipping methods and costs will be pre-arranged with your Customer Service Representative.
Typical shipping methods include: United Parcel Service - Ground or Next Day Air; Local courier; and Our Company Van (Limited Area). Shipping cost will show on your Invoice, unless wrapped into the item price by prior agreement.
Generally, items mis-delivered or delivered containing errors in print will not be returned to us. Should a return be necessary, we will absorb the cost upon receiving the item back in our store.
